Printer errors

I have amended our POYNET Copier troubleshooting guide with an entry about Error Codes in light of our latest issue.

Error Codes

Error codes will be accompanied by a small wrench symbol lit in red on the left-hand side of the copier controls. While this can be caused by hardware issues, often it is a software issue. To fix most software issues, perform a hard reset, as described in step two above.

Here's the snippet from "above" in the section....

Step Two - Soft and Hard Reset - Turn the power button on the right off, and then on (soft reset). If this does not change the situation, turn the power off again and also turn off the hard button on the left-hand side of the printer. Also, turn off the ISOTEL surge protector attached to the machine, this will turn off the change box as well as the printer. (This is a hard reset) Wait 20 seconds, then power it up again.
